Biden Admin Uses Prison To Threaten Americans Trying To Send Aid To Cuba

The Biden administration has done little to stop the flow of illegal immigrants into the country however is threatening Americans sending aid to Cuba.

Recently a large group of Floridians loaded up their boats with food, water, and medicine to aid protestors in Cuba.

“We are just bringing supplies. They are trying to create a group to take on water, food, medicine, whatever we can to take a Cuba,” Dennis Suayero told a local CBS affiliate. “We are just waiting for the approval so we can enter and give it to them.”

Should the group get close enough they are going to drop the supplies off inside Cuba.

The group left despite a warning from the Coast Guard.

Now, the Biden run Department of Homeland Security is warning Americans trying to help Cubans inside the country and telling them their actions are prohibited:

It is illegal for boaters to depart with the intent to travel to Cuba for any purpose without a permit. Boaters departing any United States port with the intention of entering Cuban territorial waters must obtain permission in advance from the U.S. Coast Guard.

Vessels and persons illegally entering Cuban territorial waters or getting underway or departing from U.S. territorial waters with the intention of entering Cuban TTW, without the required permit may be subject to seizure of their vessel, civil and criminal penalties up to $25,000 per day, and 10 years in prison.

People who violate U.S. immigration laws and illegally bring foreign nationals into the country, or who attempt to do so, may be subject to arrest, vessel forfeiture, civil and criminal fines up to $250,000 per day, and five years in prison.

The DHS advisory does link to a website where people can request permission to enter Cuban waters.

Inside the USA, Cubans are organizing to put an end to communist rule in Cuba, protests have popped up all over Florida and DC.
