Biden was touting his infrastructure bill and was trying to tell a story about Amtrak and he got lost.

What a mess.
This is the latest example that Biden is getting worse and a reason why his staff limit his appearances.
During his Amtrak appearance Joe also had issues finding his mask after he stepped away from the podium without his mask. An official approached him fist bumped him in the chest and murmured something.
“You ready?” he asked two of his granddaughters before walking slowly down the station platform without his face covering, arm-in-arm with one of them.
Previously, Biden awkwardly fumbled for his mask after speaking outdoors during a drive-in car rally speech in Georgia.
After Senator Raphael Warnock and Senator Jon Ossoff came to the stage Jill Biden pointed at her mask to remind Joe to put his on but Biden couldn’t find it.
Joe kept looking apologizing as the two senators approached and said, “I’m looking for my mask. I’m in trouble.”
Jill tried to find it in her husband binder however it was nowhere to be seen.
As Wilson crooned, “I’m so glad, I finally found you,” Biden discovered his mask in his pocket and held it up triumphantly — a split second before an aide ran on stage to offer him a replacement.
Turning back to the crowd Biden yelled, “Go Georgia! We need you!”
This is just another fine example that the wearing of masks is political theater. The Senators and President Biden are all vaccinated and are outdoors, there is no reason they need to wear a mask.
Biden is beginning to weaponize the wearing of masks into a political statement after his interview with Today Show host, Craig Melvin.
“It’s a small precaution to take that has a profound impact,” Biden explained. “It’s a patriotic responsibility for God’s sake.”
