On November 4th, 2009 the New York Times reported, “Even though the regular flu season has yet to start, the nation is facing a severe shortage of seasonal flu vaccine as well as swine flu vaccine.”
In October 2009 ABC News, NPR, Baltimore Sun, and The Wall Street Journal reported the Obama administration didn’t obtain enough vaccine doses for the swine flu.
