Biden Plans To Bypass Congress To Enforce Strict Gun Control Measures

Experts are warning how Biden plans to enforce strict gun control measures without passing a bill through Congress.

Democrats may have control of both the House and the Senate but it is by the slimmest of margins. American gun ownership has skyrocket because of the 2020 summer riots and the pandemic.

Knowing it would tough to get a bill through Congress wanna be emperor Biden is continuing to plan on reigning by executive order.

“I think that President Biden will try to get away with as much as he can with executive orders,” Alan Gottlieb, founder of the Second Amendment Foundation, said. ”What we’re expecting him to do is anything with foreign commerce — if the firearm is being imported in or magazine or ammo is being imported in — he could by executive order try to do something in that nature,” Gottlieb continued.

Gottlieb believes that Biden is planning on using the Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) to impose regulations that are “beyond the scope of what Congress has given him the authority to do.”

2nd Amendment groups are keeping a close eye on the Biden Administration after rumors have circulated that Biden may slow down the speed of regular background checks when a person purchases a handgun. Biden is also planning on using executive action to expand the regulation by redefining who is in the business of selling guns.

“Throughout his presidential campaign –– and his entire career –– President Biden has consistently demonstrated that ending gun violence is one of his top priorities, and we have no doubt that he will take executive action on this issue soon,” John Feinblatt, president of Everytown for Gun Safety, said. “That starts with strengthening our background check system, shutting down the market for ghost guns, and investing in community-based efforts to address skyrocketing rates of city gun violence.”

Biden has already signaled he’s ready to declare war on the 2nd Amendment.

“This administration will not wait for the next mass shooting to heed that call,” Biden said on the three-year anniversary of the shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Fla. “We will take action to end our epidemic of gun violence and make our schools and communities safer.”

Biden can’t get schools open but, he’s promising to make schools safer.

Of course, Biden’s logic with guns is very flawed, below is a trip down memory lane of a video mocking then Vice-President Biden after he told people to “buy a shotgun.”

“You don’t need an AR-15,” he said. “It’s harder to aim.”
