President Biden appeared to deteriorate rapidly during a meeting with Israeli President Isaac Herzog on Tuesday, according to multiple reports.
Joe Biden met with the Israeli President at the White House in an attempt to smooth over what has been a rough relationship with the long-time American ally. As the press corps looked on, the US president’s head drooped down dramatically and his speaking became incoherent.
Biden begins by claiming that he brought Israelis and Palestinians together on a political level. That in and of itself is hard to understand. He has done nothing of the sort with the two people groups. But that’s not the most confusing part of this Biden gaffe.
According to reports, Biden was visibly confused and disoriented during the meeting. He was also struggling to speak clearly and coherently. He started to mumble as he stared at his lap.
At one point, Biden reportedly asked Herzog the same question three times in a row. Herzog reportedly tried to answer the question each time, but Biden seemed to forget what he had asked.
The meeting was eventually ended early, and Biden was taken back to his hotel.
This isn’t the first time this has happened either. In 2022, while doing an interview with MSNBC, Biden suffered a similar lapse in which his head started to drop and he looked entranced.
The White House has not yet released a statement about Biden’s health, but it is clear that he is not well.
This is not the first time that Biden’s health has been a cause for concern. In recent months, he has been seen stumbling and losing his balance on multiple occasions. He has also been accused of having difficulty remembering things.
The concerns about Biden’s health have led to some speculation about whether he is fit to be president. However, the White House has repeatedly insisted that Biden is healthy and that he is able to fulfill his duties as president.

BIDEN: "It's my intention to run again."
MSNBC: "Dr. Biden is for it?"
MSNBC: "Mr. President?"
BIDEN: "Dr. Biden thinks that uh, my wife thinks that uh, that I uh, that, that we're, that we're doing something very important."pic.twitter.com/lPVyEi2kv3
