If you think Biden’s gun control executive orders are an overreach just wait until you see who’s he has picked to run the Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms agency (ATF).
David Chipman who was involved in Ruby Ridge, Waco, believes in the movement to defund the police, and wanted gun stores lock downed during the pandemic and summer riots.

Post from Chipman Reddit account show that he believes the in far-left conspiracy theories about the events at the Branch Dividian. In a thread believing that Americans shouldn’t have the right to own certain types of firearms Chipman wrote:
“At Waco, cult members used 2 .50 caliber Barretts to shoot down two Texas Air National Guard helicopters. Point, it is true we are fortunate they are not used in crime more often. The victims of drug lords in Mexico are not so lucky. America play a role in fueling the violence south of the border.”

Well, he is right about that, Eric Holder and Obama’s “Fast and Furious” operation did send thousands of guns into Mexico and then they lost them.
Garland should’ve mentioned that Chipman worked with Bloomberg and other anti-2A groups for years, also.

The situation surrounding what according the helicopters has been a matter of contention in lawsuits and the criminal trial which you can read about here.
Involved in Ruby Ridge and Waco, this guy wanted to lockdown gun stores as “nonessential businesses” while cities burned and Dems said they wanted to defund police. Get ready for the most activist ATF possibly ever. https://t.co/IoMmzPciSX
