Joe Biden and the Democrats never saw this coming, they really believed everyone was going to just fall in line.
One of the leaders of Black Lives Matter Greater New York chapter called Mayor Bill De Blasio vaccine mandate “racist” and that it “specifically targets black New Yorkers.”
Chivona Newsome, former congressional candidate and cofounder of Greater New York Black Lives Matter hammered De Blasio’s coronavirus vaccine mandate.
“Although Mayor Bill De Blasio ran on progressives values, nothing in his tenure will attest to his campaign promises,” Newsome explained to Fox. “The September 13th vaccine mandate is racist and specifically targets Black New Yorkers. The vaccination passports are modern-day Freedom Papers, which limit the free will of Black people.”
“The vaccination mandates infringe upon the civil liberties of the Black community,” she told Fox. “It’s more than where we can dine or enjoy entertainment, it will result in loss of income. As of Monday, September 27, Black health care workers and educators will lose their jobs.”
She believes that De Blasio is, “fully aware of the hesitancy and distrust people of African descent have about vaccination and their interactions with government and law enforcement,” she told Fox News. De Blasio “chose to disenfranchise and force the very people who elected him into poverty and second-class citizenship.”
The organization has promised to resist the mandate.
“The vaccination passport will not be a free pass to racism. Our organization pledges to demonstrate until the vaccine mandate is abolished,” Newsome said.
The NBA is also worried about activist athlete Kyrie Irving who is also anti-vax, worried that other players will rally to support him.
Irving is social justice warrior however the left is now labeling him as a “conspiracy theorists” for refusing to take the vaccine.
The league is now petrified that other players are going to band together and cause an incident in the press.
Inside the NBA’s vaccine civil war: Will Kyrie skip home games? Has the league caved to players? Does one player even get how masks work? And what’s with that Moderna conspiracy theory in locker rooms?

Krie’s aunt believes that players should start skipping game to protest the league’s vaccine policy.
“There are so many other players outside of him who are opting out, I would like to think they would make a way,” she said. “It could be like every third game. So it still gives you a full season of being interactive and being on the court, but with the limitations that they’re, of course, oppressing upon you. There can be some sort of formula where the NBA and the players can come to some sort of agreement.”
