Cali Gov Gavin Newsom Busted Violating Indoor Dinning Restrictions Again

California Governor Gavin Newsom was seen indoors at a restaurant in a county where indoor dining is forbidden. The governors office claims that he didn’t eat at the restaurant however, an examination of the table seen in the video is raising questions.

Newsom posted a video to his TikTok account with comedian George Lopez about where one can receive the coronavirus vaccine. Both Newsom and Lopez where in Fresno, California inside the Los Amigo restaurant. In a previous video Lopez was promoting the restaurant’s food.

Fresno is currently in the most restrictive purple tier that does not allow indoor dining.

The screen shot below from the video shows Newsom in a room with a set table, Newsom’s office has not given a reason over why he was at the restaurant.

This is now the second time Newsom has been caught enjoying privileges the people of California are not allowed to enjoy.

In the fall Newsom was caught at the high dollar French Laundry in Napa for a birthday party, at the time of the party indoor dining was not open to the public.

“I should have stood up and … drove back to my house…The spirit of what I’m preaching all the time was contradicted,” Newsom said. ” I need to preach and practice, not just preach.”

Californian’s have had enough of Newsom and started an effort to recall the governor. Organizers leading the effort to recall Newsom say they’ve collected 1.825 million signatures and have surpassed the need 1.5 million signatures needed by March 17 however ,they are anticipating some of those signatures will be rejected.

Recall organizer Kevin Faulconer slammed the governor for even being present at the restaurant.

Gavin Newsom continues to show that he’s nothing but an incompetent elitist who could care less about California families,” John Burke, communications director for Kevin Faulconer for Governor, said in a statement to Fox News. “His failures have crippled our state’s economy and upended the lives of millions of families. We’re going to recall him and begin a California comeback to get our state on track.”
