As the walls collapse in on New York Governor Cuomo over his coronavirus policy that killed almost 5% of the entire nursing home population in his state, he is devising a despicable plan to throw healthcare workers under the bus.
In his bid to be re-elected Cuomo stuck a great deal with healthcare executives for gobs of money. The Governor took millions and in return gave healthcare groups and executives immunity from certain types of malpractice suits.
Cuomo’s deal has insulated nursing home healthcare executives from any responsibility resulting from the coronavirus policy ordered by the governor. That policy killed almost 5% of the nursing home population in the entire state of New York.
Cuomo’s policy specifically stated that “no resident shall be denied re-admission or admission to the NH solely based on a confirmed or suspected diagnosis of COVID-19.”
“NHs are prohibited from requiring a hospitalized resident who is determined medically stable to be tested for COVID-19 prior to admission or readmission,” the policy stated.

Democrat’s in his own state and Congress has launched an investigation into what exactly happened in New York.
A New York source leaked to OANN reporter Jack Posobiec that to divert responsibility he is going to go after nurses and frontline workers.
NY Source: Cuomo legal game plan is to throw nursing home workers under the bus. Will say they allowed Alzheimer residents to wander around different wards which lead to spreads. Will also say distancing and masks in break rooms was not regularly enforced, if at all.

Cuomo’s policy basically allowed the fox in the hen house.
Now the man that was responsible for killing almost 5% of the Nursing home population is going to blame the poor health care workers that had to deal with his deadly policy. I’d bet many of those workers also were infected and suffered.
