DC Mayor Let The Far Left Run Wild But She’s Getting Heavy Handed To Deal With Trump Supporters

Over the summer Washington DC turned chaotic after violent protest rocked the city.

To quell the violence President Donald Trump brought in the National Guard that quickly pacified the violence. The mayor of DC, Muriel Bowser condemned the act.

“The deployment of federal law enforcement personnel and equipment are inflaming demonstrators and adding to the grievances of those who, by and large, are peacefully protesting for change and reforms to the racist and broken systems that are killing Black Americans,” Bowser explained in a letter to Trump.

“Furthermore, I continue to be concerned that unidentified federal personnel patrolling the streets of Washington, D.C. pose both safety and national security risks,” the Democratic mayor added.

The letter written by Bowser was after she allowed “Black Lives Matter” to be painted in big yellow letters down 16th Street in Washington.

A few days later the violence and rioting ceased and President Trump ordered the National Guard to withdraw from the city, it took just a couple of days.

Just a few months later, Bowser is taking a different approach to deal with Trump supporters upset over the election results, she’s calling in the National Guard.

“We will not allow people to incite violence, intimidate our residents or cause destruction in our city,” Bowser said.

Even Politico called out Bowser and wrote, “While some of the early protests did include looting and damages to local businesses, Bowser never called in the National Guard.”

Funny we never heard her say that when things like this were going on…
