The Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi is trying to play President and is working to handcuff President Trump from protecting America.
On Sunday Democrats viciously attacked the President over not telling them about the strike that eliminated Iranian General Qasem Soleimani. The President hit back and tweeted, “These Media Posts will serve as notification to the United States Congress that should Iran strike any U.S. person or target, the United States will quickly & fully strike back, & perhaps in a disproportionate manner. Such legal notice is not required, but is given nevertheless!”
The reaction from the Democrat Foreign Affairs Committee to President Trump was, “You are not a dictator.” Democrats are ordering President Trump to submit a report to Congress within 48 hours of the strike.
Laughably, Democrats are citing The War Powers Act of 1973, but when former President Obama used drone strikes they were silent. The former President used drone strikes 10x’s more than any President.

What Democrats aren’t telling you is that the President sent Congress a formal notification on Saturday explaining the drone strike that terminated Soleimani and another militia leader.
Overnight on Sunday Pelosi announced that Democrats will introduce a vote on the War Powers act and are going to try and limit the President’s ability in Iran. Senator Tim Kaine (D-VA) will also be introducing the resolution in the Senate. Pelosi said, “This week, the House will introduce and vote on a War Powers Resolution to limit the President’s military actions regarding Iran. It reasserts Congress’s long-established oversight responsibilities by mandating that if no further Congressional action is taken, the Administration’s military hostilities with regard to Iran cease within 30 days.”
Now pay attention to what some Democrats are starting to say because I think this reveals what’s next on their agenda to cripple the President. Democrat and left-wing lawyer Oona Hathaway said, “This tweet threatens to break several laws. First, the President cannot notify Congress under the War Powers Resolution by tweet.”
First, Oona tell me where it says the President can do that? Second, based on what Pelosi has said and what this liberal lawyer is saying, get ready for impeachment round two. I would not be surprised if the Democrats use Iran to try and impeach the President a second time, or use this incident to stall sending impeachment articles to the Senate. Just imagine the irony of Democrats impeaching President Trump over killing one of the worst terrorists in the world.
