Biden is setting the stage to bypass the constitution and Fauci just played the first part.
A couple of weeks ago, Biden said that no amendment of the constitution is absolute as he laid out gun control measures and introduced his nomination to lead the ATF. Last week, Fauci defended his lockdown policy to Rep. Jim Jordan claiming that public health crisis have nothing to do with civil liberties.
Over the weekend during an interview on CNN, Fauci doubled down on those statements saying that, “this has nothing to do with liberties.”
Fauci addresses the hearing this week in which Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) tried picking a fight: “I don’t enjoy those kinds of confrontations.
“But it was very, very clear that he was talking about liberties that were being restricted. This has nothing to do with liberties.” pic.twitter.com/EDCesifKig

Fauci believes that public health emergencies override the constitution despite the fact that states like Florida and Texas ignored his policy and faired better.
During the interview on CNN with anchor, Dana Bash Fauci laid the groundwork for the next public health crisis – gun violence.
Fauci told Bash that there is a “horrifying” amount of shootings in the US showing that gun violence is a public health issue.
“As a public health person, I think you can’t run away from that,” Fauci said on CNN’s “State of the Union” when host Dana Bash asked if gun violence is a “public health emergency.”
“I mean, in this last month, it’s just been horrifying,” replied Fauci, the U.S. government’s foremost infectious disease expert. “How can you say that’s not a public health issue?”
