During an appearance on NBC’s Today Show Dr. Fauci began ramping up the push for people to vaccinate kids.
Fauci said that children must wear masks in public and claimed that they are at a higher risk than others.
“They are more at risk of getting infected because they are out in the community, where there is a lot of infection,” Fauci said. “When the community level starts to go way down, the risks to everybody, including the children, is going to be dramatically diminished.”
Fauci is ramping up the fear (and he knows it) according to the CDC children and teenagers have the lowest risk of infection and complications.
In the United States 266 children died out of 551,728 coronavirus deaths in the US. However, 41,069 children under 18 passed away from all other causes since the pandemic began.
Dr. Fauci suggests kids will be vaccinated for their own risk of infection; he doesn’t mention to protect adults.

Many pointed out that a vaccination mandate may be coming because Fauci said kids “will ultimately get vaccinated” and high schoolers “will likely get vaccinated” not “be eligible to get vaccinated.”
We all know that Fauci likes his words games.
However, Americans have already pushed back against vaccine passports and they may push back against vaccinating children as well.
Vaccine passports don’t seem to be a partisan issue either, below is an online poll from a Rochester, New York ABC affiliate, note the results.

One other thing to consider, for the most part the media has been able to control the negative stories surrounding the side effects of the vaccine however, that is quickly dwindling. For the most part American adults understand the decision they are making by receiving the vaccine and will put up with the side effects. It’s a whole different ball game if children start dealing with horrible side effects and end up in the hospital from an experimental vaccine. It wouldn’t take too many sick teenagers to erase a vaccination drive.
The question is will Democrats be able to resist their urge to mandate vaccinations at the cost of destroying their vaccine drive.
