Senator Josh Hawley fired back at the Washington Post for “printing outright lies” after far-left activists showed up at his Virginia residence.
“Washington Post this morning printing outright lies from the Antifa group who now describe themselves as sweet angels. BS. You screamed through bullhorns, shouted down my wife when she asked you to leave, vandalized property, pounded on our door, and terrorized neighbors. And didn’t have the guts to do it in daylight, but only under cover of darkness so you could hide. You’re scum. And we won’t be intimidated,” wrote Hawley.

According to the Washington Post “activists said they had staged a peaceful vigil… on the sidewalk in a Northern Virginia suburb.” The liberal paper then noted that Hawley “had a different description for the scene outside his family’s home,” noting that the Republican lawmaker called it “leftwing violence.”
Bulls**t!
This was no candlelight vigil, this was an attempt to terrorize @HawleyMO’s family, his wife & kids, and neighbors, you made that very clear.
This is what those leftist socialist anarchists want to do to this country, tomorrow Georgia gets a chance to reject them! https://t.co/9SQxe6bHlG pic.twitter.com/MBTsBRIeSf

Democrats in Congress are now claiming that Republicans challenging the election results are harming the country worse than our enemies.
Not enough to say, “Republicans are acting hastily” — always have to jump right to “Trump is a serial killer rapist murderer terrorist committing sedition and treason and other crimes against humanity” https://t.co/oBHGvE8n8D
