It seems that former secretary of state and failed Democrat presidential candidate Hillary Clinton’s mouth may have finally caught up with her and it could cost her $50 million.
This week Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-Hawaii) filed a defamation lawsuit against Hillary Clinton because the former secretary of State tried to “destroy” her reputation saying she was “Russian asset.”
“If Hillary Clinton and her allies can successfully destroy my reputation — even though I’m a war veteran and a sitting member of Congress — then they can do it to anybody,” Gabbard, a 2020 presidential candidate, wrote in a statement. “I will not allow this blatant effort to intimidate me and other patriotic Americans into silence go unchallenged.”
The lawsuit was filed in the US District Court of the Southern District of New York, Gabbard is claiming Clinton smeared her “political and personal reputation.” Her lawyers also claim that Clinton’s comments were revenge for endorsing Senator Bernie Sanders in 2016.

During an interview on a podcast in October Clinton suggested Republicans and the Russians were grooming Gabbard.
“She’s the favorite of the Russians, they have a bunch of sites and bots and other ways of supporting her so far, and that’s assuming Jill Stein will give it up, which she might not, because she’s also a Russian asset,” Clinton said.
“Yeah, she’s a Russian asset, I mean totally. They know they can’t win without a third-party candidate,” Clinton concluded.
Gabbard’s lawyers are claiming that Clinton’s words are defamatory and were used to sabotage her saying Clinton made “false assertions in a deliberate attempt to derail Tulsi’s presidential campaign.”
Look, I don’t care for Gabbard’s political views but, I do appreciate her wish to get rid of the political class in the Democrat Party. Tulsi won’t admit it but she really wants to get rid of the swamp in Washington the problem is, her party is in control of the swamp.
What is in Gabbard’s favor is that President Trump has filled the federal court system with conservative judges so if she gets the right judge and has a good enough argument Hillary is going to pay.
Maybe Hillary could challenge her to a push-up competition, or maybe not…

If you think Tulsi doing a push-up contest in heels was neat just wait until you hear what Vice President Pence said when he was caught on a hot mic (liberals are fuming). What was also stunning was two teachers that floundered at censuring police.
