Kamala Harris has seemingly disappeared this week after her team was caught spreading misinformation.
White House spokesperson for Vice President Kamala Harris Symone Sanders was debunked over a report about Harris’ coronavirus test.
Press Secretary Jen Psaki noted that Harris had tested negative for the coronavirus after having contact with fleeing Texas Democrats.
“I think the Vice President’s Office put out that she was tested, and that she did — there was no detection of COVID-19,” she said.
But that is not what the vice president office put out in a statement.
Sanders wrote that Harris and staff “do not need to be tested” after meeting with the absconding Democrats despite at least six of them testing positive for COVID-19.
The press release said:
On Tuesday, July 13th, Vice President Harris met with members of the Texas state legislature who are temporarily in Washington, D.C. Earlier today, it was brought to our attention that two of the members at that meeting tested positive for COVID-19. Based on the timeline of these positive tests, it was determined the Vice President and her staff present at the meeting were not at risk of exposure because they were not in close contact with those who tested positive and therefore do not need to be tested or quarantined. The Vice President and her staff are fully vaccinated.
Politico questioned Sanders about the conflict and Sanders said both statements were true.
“The vice president is tested regularly as is her staff and that as a part of that regular testing, she was tested this weekend and Covid-19 was not detected,” Sanders said.
Once again Sanders deliberately misled the press and was completely silent about Kamala’s “routine” trip to Walter Reed Hospital.

What we do know is that since the weekend Kamala Harris has been MIA. The White House has not released any information about Harris’s schedule and she has not appeared in public since Friday.
