Lawsuit Has Hillary Clinton Literally Ducking And Dodging

Hillary Clinton has been caught ducking and dodging lawsuit papers.

The Democratic presidential candidate, Tusi Gabbard who voted “present” on President Trump’s House impeachment vote is suing former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton for defamation.

The lawsuit stems from Clinton suggesting that Gabbard is a Russian “asset” that she is “a favorite of the Russians,” and is being “groomed” as a third-party candidate. Gabbard responded stating that Clinton is “the queen of the warmongers, embodiment of corruption, and the personification of the rot that has sickened the Democratic Party.”

Brian Dunne who is one of Gabbard’s attorneys has reported that Clinton and her aides have refused to accept notice of the $50 million lawsuit or accept any legal documents.

Dunne told the New York Post that in the first attempt a server when to Clinton’s house in Chappaqua on Tuesday afternoon but, was told to leave by Secret Service agents. The agents directed the server to Clinton’s lawyer, David Kendall, who on Wednesday said at his Washington DC firm, Williams & Connolly, he could not accept service on Clinton’s behalf.

“I find it rather unbelievable that Hillary Clinton is so intimidated by Tulsi Gabbard that she won’t accept service of process,” Dunne told the New York Post. “But I guess here we are.”

Even though Clinton never said Gabbard’s name when she was referring to the Russians, Clinton spokesman Nick Merrill said, “if the nesting doll fits…” when he was asked if Hillary was referring to Gabbard. Nesting dolls are Russian folk art souvenirs.

After the comments Hillary said went public Tulsi responded:

Regardless of whatever you think about Tulsi’s politics, you gotta love the fact that she has Hillary on the run.
