When you don’t have an agenda that appeals to the American public, you have to resort to scare tactics about your opponents.
That’s exactly what the Democratic Party is up to as we move toward the November midterms.
The Left still has record-high inflation and is now the beginning of an economic recession. The student loan bailout is creating chaos so even The Washington Post is calling it “regressive, wrong and inflationary.” And Biden continues to cause everyone who watches him worry.
Democrats are looking at a massive defeat and a huge loss of control politically. So this is their plan as the week’s tick by towards November.
Democratic candidates are warning voters that a Republican Congress will erase voting rights in three to six months.
That is exactly what Colorado’s secretary of state thinks, so he is rallying up Democrats so that they can “save democracy.”
In an interview with The Guardian that was published on Sunday, Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold argued that loyalists to former President Donald Trump could destroy American Democracy if they are victorious this fall.
“What we can expect from the extreme Republicans running across this country is to undermine free and fair elections for the American people, strip Americans of the right to vote, refuse to address security breaches and, unfortunately, be more beholden to Mar-a-Lago than the American people,” Griswold said.
She went further to warn that if the Democrats lose in the midterms, “the country could lose the right to vote in less than three months.”
“We are trying to save democracy,” Griswold said.
Just wait a minute, the left is the ones raiding a former president’s home. They are the ones using federal agents as a proto-political police force.
The Democrats have controlled Congress for the better part of two years and they have yet to accomplish much of anything. They can’t run on an agenda or accomplishments. So what’s left? Scare tactics.
