This narrative is almost laughable but, it’s also going to tick off a lot of actual Black Lives Matter organizers. According to the national media, the George Floyd protests and riots that have been going on for almost two months were started by white supremacists.
I swear the national media is trying to tick everyone off. If you tell the activists in Portland that what they have been doing wasn’t started by them but white supremacists they may start pelting mainstream media outlets.
What the media is trying to spin now is preposterous.
The Star Tribune in Minneapolis is claiming that the “umbrella man” that was breaking windows at the now burned downed Autozone was a member of the Hell’s Angels motorcycle gangs. Police claim that they received a tip from an anonymous source claimed the man was a member of the Hell’s Angels biker gang who “wanted to sow discord and racial unrest by breaking out the windows and writing what he did on the double red doors.”
Minneapolis police arson investigator Ericka Christensen wrote in her affidavit of probable cause, “This was the first fire that set off a string of fires and looting throughout the precinct and the rest of the city. Until the actions of the person your affiant has been calling ‘Umbrella man,’ the protests had been relatively peaceful. The actions of this person created an atmosphere of hostility and tension. Your affiant believes that this individual’s sole aim was to incite violence.”
Apparently the destruction and looting that occurred at the Target before the Autozone was torched was a “peaceful” protest.
I’ll never understand why looting is a common reaction to outrage over the government. The Target doesn’t run the Minneapolis police dept. pic.twitter.com/bCdG0g6JgH

Next up is NBC News claiming white supremacist are the biggest threat to national security, they published the story on July 27th titled: “Jihadist Plot Used To Be US and Europe’s Biggest Terrorist Threat. Now It’s The Far Right.”
From NBC News:
We see an increasing percentage of plots and attacks in the United States shifting over the past couple of years from jihadist motivations, increasingly, to far-right activity,” said Seth Jones, who directs the Transnational Threats Project at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, a Washington, D.C., think tank.
Jones defined right-wing extremists as “sub-national or non-state entities” with goals that could include ethnic or racial supremacy. They can also be marked by anger against specific policies like abortion rights and government authority, as well as hatred toward women, or they may be members of the “involuntary celibate,” or “incel,” movement.
A report he co-authored recorded 14 terrorist incidents, including attacks and disrupted plots, from Jan. 1 to May 8. Thirteen of them were classified as right-wing, and the other was recorded as being religiously motivated in the context of jihadism.
Some of those “terrorist incidents” were people open carrying their firearms during lockdown protests:
Jones said the threat of terrorism had probably increased in the U.S. during the COVID-19 pandemic because of the combined activities of those opposed to lockdowns and other restrictions, anti-federal militia members and their backers, and far-right activists energized by the country’s polarized politics or angered by the Black Lives Matter movement.
What the media is doing is sad and comical. Not only is what they are claiming outrageous but the extremists that are taking part in these riots are going to be ticked off. They fervently believe in what they are doing and now the media is going to blame all their hard work on white supremacists.
The mainstream media can tell this radical who is fining the feds $500 every hour in Portland because the barrier protecting the courthouse is blocking a bike lane.
City councilwoman @ChloeEudalyPDX, who is the transportation commissioner of @PBOTinfo, uses her role to fine the federal government $500 every 15 minutes because of the barrier protecting the federal courthouse. She says the bill is $192k “and counting.” pic.twitter.com/ZccDhtLOq5

I could on and on and on and on. Just follow these crazy people on twitter they are left-wing fanatics. I’m sure there are some rabble-rousers out there causing trouble but the majority are left-wing extremists.
I’ll leave you with this thread from an activist on the ground in Portland just to prove my point that the people behind this are left-wing fanatics.
A reminder that the Portland protests started as BLM protests, remain BLM protests, and — once the national attention and federal troops leave — will presumably continue to be BLM protests demonstrating against the Portland Police Bureau. (1/3)

I see media outlets trying to write articles and put together “expert” panels without interviewing a single Black journalist, protester, or community leader. This is unacceptable and needs to stop. (3/3)
