New Management At CNN Rocks Staff BANS Derogatory Trump Reference Often Used

Until this week, things have been pretty quiet at CNN since Discovery took over and shut down CNN+.

New CNN boss Chris Licht has banned staff from calling Trump’s election grievances “the big lie.”

The phrase was a Democratic talking point used by CNN who uttered the phrase 168 times during the first half of June 2022.

But that is not all…Licht has forbidden host Brian Stelter and others from substituting the phrase using terms like “Trump’s election lie” or “election lie.”

The change comes just days after he lambasted the company for abusing the term “breaking news.”

CNN’s new owners do not like “the big lie” description because of its reference to WWII German propaganda efforts.

Libs inside the network are furious.

“It’s worrisome that we’re being told how to talk about one of the worst things that ever happened to American democracy,” an anonymous CNN insider said. “We have to call lies, lies, whether they’re small lies or big lies. Is there any lie bigger than that lie?”

Comments like that show the network is infected with Democrat drones that have no concept of history and only say what the White House tells them.

Also, rumors are swirling that Brian Stelter is on the chopping block. According to reports, he is leading a “resistance” behind the scenes, and the new management team is getting sick and tired of it.

Let’s not pretend that CNN will turn into a conservative-styled network; remember, Licht was once a top producer for Morning Joe on MSNBC. But that shows how off the rails CNN is when a guy like Licht is put in charge, and he sounds like a center-right moderate.
