Party of Evil: State Rep Gets Censured By Dems Because Hydroxychloroquine Saved Her Life

The Detroit branch of the Democratic Party is going to censure state representative Karen Whitsett (D-Detriot) because she took hydroxychloroquine and it saved her life.

Whitsett contracted the coronavirus in March and recovered after she was given the antimalaria drug. After she recovered she thanked President Trump who made the drug a priority during the early days of the pandemic.

“Thank you for everything that you have done,” Whitsett told Trump and Vice President Mike Pence at the White House on April 14. “I did not know that saying thank you had a political line…I thought just saying thank you meant ‘thank you.’”

Whitsett has been more of a moderate than a Democrat, she has publicly attacked the democrat party and governor Gretchen Whitmer. Detroit’s 13th Congressional District Democratic Party is going to censure Whitsett and will not endorse her for further elections because she met with the President. Chairman Jonathan Kinloch basically said, hey, this is business.

“At the end of the day, we have political systems,” 13th District chairman Jonathan Kinloch said. “We have political parties, and political parties exist for a reason…[representatives] belong to the members and precinct delegates of the Democratic Party.”

The district still requested Whitsett go to the State House to screen potential Democrat candidates, Whitsett told them to go pound sand.

“I don’t have time for politics,” Whitsett said. “That’s ridiculous, during a pandemic, that they think I have time for a screening…I have people that need me.” She’s been handing out food and cleaning supplies to the people in her district.

Another fine example of the modern Democrat Party, it would seem Democrats think it would have been better if she died.
