Speaker Nancy Pelosi during her weekly press conference made it clear that she is willing to hold America hostage if she doesn’t get her way over coronavirus funding.
Pelosi was so mad that she hit the podium she was standing next to and said that she will not negotiate with Republicans and work with them on a Coronavirus response bill.
Congress cannot go on their schedule leave until they can get a bill through the House, Senate, and then be signed by the President.
After initially delaying the vote she now says she will not work with Republicans and is trying to create a multibillion slush fund for liberals.
Breitbart News is reporting:
On page 127, the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, which produces PBS, is handed an additional $300,000,000 “to prevent, prepare for, and respond to coronavirus”. Of that amount, $50,000,000 “shall be used to support the public television system”.
Earmarked for an ambiguous “Construction and Environmental Compliance and Restoration,” the bill grants $100,000,000 “to prevent, prepare for, and respond to coronavirus” on page 18.
The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts isn’t left out. On page 77, it is given $35,000,000 “for operations and maintenance requirements related to the consequences of coronavirus”.
On page 150, the Department of State Migration and Refugee Assistance program is allotted $300,000,000 for “migration and refugee assistance”.
“We don’t need 48 hours, we need to just make a decision to help families right now… I’m not sticking around because they don’t want to agree to language,” Pelosi said.

Remember this is the same Pelosi that delayed the bill two weeks ago so she could run ads against Republicans in the House. She’s just pissed she’s not going to be able to go on vacation and seal herself in the bunker she built (sarcasm, I have no idea if she built a bunker).

Pelosi wasted the whole week behind closed doors drafting a partisan bill full of liberal fantasies that have nothing to do w/ Coronavirus.
Republicans are ready to work w/ Dems on SERIOUS solutions.
