Resignation Announcement Rocks Vice President Kamala Harris

Vice President Kamala Harris office was rocked after it was learned that a key member of her staff is resigning.

Ashley Etienne has announced that she is leaving her post as Kamala Harris’ communications director. Etienne was a former Biden campaign adviser and a spokesperson for House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.

A White House official reported that her resignation would take place next month and that Etienne is leaving to “pursue other opportunities.” However, the announcement comes just days after it was reported about the conflict between Kamala and Joe Biden.

Harris’ spokeswoman Symone Sanders dismissed the gossip however also seemed to take a swipe at Biden in the same breath.

“It is unfortunate that after a productive trip to France in which we reaffirmed our relationship with America’s oldest ally and demonstrated US leadership on the world stage, and following passage of a historic, bipartisan infrastructure bill that will create jobs and strengthen our communities, some in the media are focused on gossip — not on the results that the president and the vice president have delivered,” Sanders said.

Just a few weeks ago France was threatening to pull their Ambassador because Biden snubbed them in a nuclear sub deal. It seemed like Sanders was pointing out that the powers that be had to sent Kamala to France in order to smooth things over after Biden messed everything up.
A White House transcript showed that Biden was clueless about France being cut out of the nuclear sub deal between the UK, the USA, and Australia.
“Well, the answer is: I think what happened was — to use an English phrase, what we did was ‘clumsy.’ It was not done with a lot of grace. I was under the impression certain things had happened that hadn’t happened,” Biden said, according to a White House transcript.
The Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are quickly becoming the most unpopular administration in modern history. A recent, USA Today/Suffolk University poll showed that Biden’s approval is 37.8% and Kamala’s is 27.8%.
You know there is a lot of dysfunction when high profile Democrats like Etienne jumps ship just eleven months into the administration.
