The lead juror at Roger Stone’s trial hid their biases on the jury questionnaire and it shows the Judge is only staying on the case to cover up the corruption that has occurred on her watch.
Tomeka Hart who was the lead juror in Roger Stones trial, former Democrat Congressional candidate, and what some are calling a Democrat operative hid her biases and clearly lied on her questionnaire.
Stone’s lawyers filed a motion on Feb. 14th stating that Hart’s social media account showed that she was biased against President Trump and Stone.
Hart ran for Congress as a Democrat in 2012 in the Congressional 9th district of Tennessee. Hart now lives in DC and is a senior program officer for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, an organization that has donated to Senator Kamala Harris and former Obama Cabinet member Julian Castro.
On her questionnaire, Hart answered that she was “not sure” if she posted online about the Russia investigation however, her twitter feed told an entirely different story. Hart also said that she “may have shared an article” on social media. Both answers are a flat out lie and if the judge was aware of the truth Hart never should have been allowed on the jury.
The Daily Caller who received part of Hart’s questionnaire reported:
The page viewed by The DCNF includes questions 21, 22, and 23 about Hart’s social media activity and awareness of news coverage about the Russia investigation.
In response to a question about whether she watches the news, Hart said “not regularly” but said that she followed CNN’s Anderson Cooper and MSNBC hosts Rachel Maddow and Chris Hayes.
…
One question asked Hart whether she had written or posted anything regarding Stone, or the special counsel and House Intelligence Committee’s investigations into Russian interference in the 2016 election.
“I can’t remember if I did,” wrote Hart, who was identified as Juror 1261, “but I may have shared an article on Facebook.”
“Honestly not sure.”
On July 14, 2017, Hart wrote on Twitter, “Fox News keeps pushing excuses for Trump Jr.’s collusion with Russia that are just really, really bad.”
The Daily Caller documented Hart’s commenting her biases about the President before the Roger Stone Trial:
She also commented about the special counsel’s investigation on Facebook, though the post has now been deleted. She linked to the post in a March 24, 2019 tweet.
“Ignoring the numerous indictments, guilty pleas, and convictions of people in 45’s inner-circle, some Republicans are asserting that the Mueller investigation was a waste of time because he hasn’t found evidence of…,” the tweet begins.
Some of Hart’s other post includes comments that supporters of President Trump are racists.
On Sunday, Judge Amy Berman Jackson defied a Stone motion to recuse herself from the case.
The woman never should have been on the jury and after the bias comments by the judge during sentencing Berman should recuse herself. The only reason Judge Berman is staying on the case is so that she can cover up the corruption that occurred in the trial she oversaw.
