In a time when free speech and patriotic action are routinely met with hostility, one Idaho saloon owner is refusing to back down. Mark Fitzpatrick, proprietor of the Old State Saloon, ignited a national firestorm when he offered a month of free beer to any citizen who assists Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in identifying and deporting illegal immigrants. The message was clear, unapologetic, and — to many Americans — long overdue.
But in today’s climate, standing up for border enforcement doesn’t just earn applause. It earns threats — serious ones.
Support ICE! – America First.
Deport them all. https://t.co/nQrU6RbRjS

Fitzpatrick has become the target of vile, coordinated harassment campaigns from anonymous internet users, activists, and what he describes as “open border radicals.” These aren’t just angry emails. According to Fitzpatrick and posts made by his business, he’s received death threats, threats to burn down the century-old saloon, and grotesque digital attacks flooding his phone lines and inboxes. One chilling image even referenced Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk moments before his assassination, with the caption: “It should have been you.”
Still, he’s not budging.
In fact, Fitzpatrick says the backlash has only galvanized support. Conservative Christians and like-minded citizens have flooded into the Old State Saloon, offering prayers, donations, and stories of solidarity. One man even told Fitzpatrick he was fired from his job for wearing an Old State Saloon hoodie — a modern-day example of how cancel culture now extends to merely supporting border enforcement.
ALERT: Anyone who helps ICE identify and ultimately deport an illegal from Idaho gets FREE BEER FOR ONE MONTH at Old State Saloon!

Fitzpatrick’s now-viral “Merry Snitchmas” post — a tongue-in-cheek nod to the holiday season — isn’t just a marketing stunt. It’s a battle cry. His GiveSendGo fundraiser to boost security and protect his business has raised thousands, while his saloon has become a flashpoint for the broader national debate over illegal immigration and the right to resist it.
Meanwhile, the attacks appear to be more than just personal. As if by coincidence, the Idaho Tax Commission recently informed Fitzpatrick that the saloon is subject to a full sales and use tax audit. In his own words: “The punishment is the process.” A sudden audit at the precise moment political controversy erupts? Many see this as nothing short of intimidation by bureaucracy.
Outrageous. https://t.co/3NDICTEE88

And through it all, Fitzpatrick remains resolute.
“We’re not backing down. We’re doubling down,” he wrote. That sentiment reflects a growing movement of Americans who are tired of being told that defending borders, enforcing laws, and upholding national identity are somehow radical positions.
