Senator Rand Paul isn’t messing around and just posted evidence that Fauci lied while giving testimony before the US Senate.
Senator Paul posted the verbatim admission from the Wuhan Virology Lab Chief Scientists Dr. Shi Zhengli that funds approved by Dr. Fauci went to their lab for gain-of-function research.

Paul also reported that MIT biologist Kevin Esvelt reviewed the paper and confirmed that it was published with financial assistance from Dr. Fauci’s NIH/NIAID and said, “certain techniques that the researchers used seemed to meet the definition of gain-of-function.”

Paul is in the process of outing Dr. Fauci’s support of gain-of-function research that is tied to the main origin theory behind the coronavirus. The Wuhan Institute of Virology was doing gain-of-function research on coronaviruses and Wuhan was the origin city of the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, even the Washington Post noted the Biden Administration confirmed the intelligence collected by the Trump administration surrounding the Wuhan Institute of Virology being the center of the pandemic.
Senator Paul notes that 11 labs in the US were creating these super viruses and one of them was working with the Wuhan Lab.

During a hearing before the Senate Fauci said, “I do not have any accounting of what the Chinese may have done.” He stated he is in favor of further investigations in the Wuhan lab but wanted to make it clear that his organization was not involved in the origin of the coronavirus.
“We have not funded gain of function research on this virus in the Wuhan Institute of Virology,” he said. “No matter how many times you say it, it didn’t happen.”
Well, it appears that it may have happened and Senator Rand Paul has the physical receipts.
To be clear, this isn’t about Fauci or about China, it’s about stopping this type of research to make sure this never happens again. However, when Fauci goes down with the ship I’m not shedding a tear.
