Senator John Kennedy—America’s favorite Senator with a Southern drawl sharper than a Louisiana gator’s teeth. And on Thursday, during the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing, he delivered yet another masterclass in politely dismantling Democrat nonsense. This time, his target? Senator Dick Durbin, who had apparently decided that Kash Patel—a man who was instrumental in exposing the Russia-collusion hoax—was a “conspiracy theorist.”
Now, for those keeping score at home, it seems the so-called “conspiracy theorists” are on quite the winning streak—up 37 to nothing, according to Kennedy’s brilliant quip. And honestly, he’s not wrong. Remember when the media and Democrats swore up and down that Trump colluded with Russia? That turned out to be a hoax. Remember when they said Hunter Biden’s laptop was Russian disinformation? Another lie. Remember when they told us the intelligence community wasn’t spying on American citizens? Yet another fairy tale.
So yes, if this is what “conspiracy theorists” do—expose government corruption, reveal media lies, and prove time and time again that the so-called experts in Washington are full of it—then maybe we do need some new conspiracy theories because all the old ones have turned out to be true.
Let’s talk about Kash Patel for a second. Here’s a guy who, instead of playing along with the D.C. swamp’s little games, actually did his job. He led the investigation that blew apart the Trump-Russia hoax, exposing how a made-up dossier and a bunch of politically motivated bureaucrats turned the FBI into a tool for partisan warfare. But instead of thanking him for uncovering the truth, Democrats smear him as a “conspiracy theorist.”
And of course, that’s what the Left always does when someone disrupts their narrative. They don’t debate facts. They don’t acknowledge inconvenient truths. They just slap a label on someone—racist, sexist, conspiracy theorist, extremist—so they don’t have to address what’s actually being said.
But Patel, to his credit, wasn’t taking the bait. Instead, he did something refreshing: he told the truth. He made it clear that the rank-and-file members of the FBI are overwhelmingly good, hardworking, and apolitical. The problem isn’t them—it’s leadership. It’s the ones at the top who have turned the FBI into a political weapon, choosing which cases to pursue based on ideology instead of the law.
And that’s precisely why Democrats don’t want Patel anywhere near the FBI’s leadership. Because someone like him—who isn’t afraid to clean house—threatens their ability to keep using federal agencies as an enforcement arm of their political agenda.
The best part of the hearing, though, had to be watching Senate Democrats try—and fail—to trap Patel with their typical smug questioning. Amy Klobuchar, always eager to make herself seem smarter than she actually is, attempted her usual routine of setting up rhetorical traps. But Patel didn’t bite.
Because here’s the thing: when the facts are on your side, you don’t need to dodge questions. You don’t need to play word games or rely on pre-scripted talking points. Patel simply laid out the truth, and the Democrats were left flailing, unable to counter him with anything substantive.
🚨KASH PATEL A CONSPIRACY THEORIST?
Here’s the epic moment when @JohnKennedyLA mocked Sen. Durbin for calling @Kash_Patel a conspiracy theorist.

And it wasn’t just Patel in the hot seat that day. Over on Capitol Hill, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. was fighting off attacks from the Left during his hearing for Health and Human Services Secretary. Meanwhile, Tulsi Gabbard, nominated for Director of National Intelligence, had her own battles to fight.
Notice a pattern? The Biden-era Democratic Party doesn’t just oppose certain policies—it actively hates independent thinkers. If you’re not fully on board with their approved talking points, they will smear you, lie about you, and do everything they can to keep you from positions of influence.
If there’s one thing Thursday’s hearing proved, it’s that the old establishment way of doing things is being challenged in a serious way. Patel’s nomination alone is enough to send the D.C. elites into a panic because it means the FBI might actually be held accountable for its failures. RFK Jr. and Tulsi Gabbard—both former darlings of the Democratic Party—are now viewed as dangerous simply because they refuse to parrot the party line.
The message from the American people is clear: we’re tired of the corruption. We’re tired of the lies. And we’re especially tired of the people in power treating the truth like an inconvenience.
So yes, maybe it is time to get some new conspiracy theories. Because if history is any guide, today’s “conspiracy” is just tomorrow’s breaking news.
