Teachers unions are vowing to take legal action against anyone fighting Critical Race Theory being taught in schools.
The nations second-largest teachers union is promising to go to war with parents to teach “honest history.”
American Federation of Teachers president, Randi Weingarten said during a speech that conservative lawmakers, pundits, parents, and news sites are waging a “culture campaign” against critical race theory.
They are vowing legal action to protect teachers that violate law prohibiting the teaching of CRT.
Weingarten claimed that CRT is not taught in US elementary, middle or public schools and is only taught in higher education.
“But culture warriors are labeling any discussion of race, racism or discrimination as [critical race theory] to try to make it toxic,” Weingarten told a virtual professional development conference for union members. “They are bullying teachers and trying to stop us from teaching students accurate history.”
Weingarten said that the union is “preparing for litigation [to counter these laws] as we speak.”

The good news is parents are winning, record number of school boards have been recalled more than any other time since 2006. In 2021, there have been 54 recalls with 135 members under the microscope. Parents are simply fed up over COVID protocols and critical race theory curriculum.
What’s caught unions off guard is that parents are leading the charge and now unions are in a panic.
Should educators ignore laws and school boards they should be fired immediately.
