U.S. Senator John Kennedy Sums Up Senate Pride Hearing Perfectly…Cruz Too – Watch

U.S. Senator John Kennedy (R-LA) appeared on Fox News Channel Wednesday with Martha MacCallum. He reacted to a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing that took place earlier in the day that focused on “Pride” as the Democrat-controlled upper chamber looks to continue signaling its virtue to what Kennedy calls “wokesters.”

The senator said the hearing titled “Protecting Pride: Defending the Civil Rights of LGBTQ+ Americans” was filled with “a sort of Alice in Wonderland weirdness” that included testimony from a Democrat’s witness claiming the existence of “three biological sexes and an infinite number of genders.”

“I’ve heard better answers on ‘The Dating Game,'” Kennedy quipped.

Kennedy said that “unless you think there’s an award for being stupid, you know that there are two biological sexes: male and female.”

When it comes to the competitive athletic facet of the left’s crazy gender position, Kennedy maintained that “males have a physical advantage over females,” therefore allowing biological males to compete against biological women “will destroy women’s sports.”

He also noted “I do not believe that a 12-year-old boy who claims, or pretends to claim, that he is a woman, has a moral or constitutional right to change and display his penis to a 12-year-old girl,” Kennedy declared.

Sen. Ted Cruz focused on one question that he couldn’t get an answer on: “So I’m trying to get a yes or no, I’m not trying to get a speech,” he said. “Is there a difference between women and men?

“So you’re not answering, let me ask you this question then, why do women’s sports exist?” Cruz continued during the exchange, later asking, “If you can’t find a difference between women and men, why not abolish women’s sports and just tell little girls to swim with little boys and see who wins?”

After Robinson began to talk about concepts of sex and gender, Cruz asked again, “Miss Robinson, please answer the question I’m asking you. Why do women’s sports exist?”

“I think that there are so many positive benefits to sports,” Robinson replied.

“But why have a separate category for women?” Cruz asked. “If there’s no difference between women and men, why have women’s sports?
