At a time when many colleges and universities across America are succumbing to the demands of radical left-wing students, a group of fraternity brothers at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill stood up for what is right.
In the face of a violent, pro-Hamas mob, these brave young men defended the American flag from desecration and protected it from further harm. In the midst of chaos and anti-Semitic rhetoric, they remained steadfast in their love for their country and all that it stands for.
The scene at UNC was not an isolated incident. Pro-Hamas protests have erupted on college campuses all over the country, with some turning violent and destructive. But while some administrators have given in to the demands of these radical students, the UNC frat brothers refused to be intimidated.
Violence erupted at UCLA as pro-Hamas and Israel supporters clashed.
The videos of the carnage and mayhem are horrifying. Get the situation under control!

Video footage shows the students holding up the fallen American flag as the mob throws rocks, sticks, and insults at them. They refused to back down, even though they were heavily outnumbered.
Brendan Rosenblum, a junior and Jewish student at UNC-Chapel Hill, had water bottles thrown at him as he stood in the middle of the quad by with an Israeli flag while protesters tried to replace an American flag with a Palestinian one. It’s a powerful illustration of the American spirit and the idea that we will always stand up for what we believe in, no matter our challenges. These young men embodied the essence of patriotism and reminded us that the American flag symbolizes freedom and sacrifice, not something to be disrespected and torn down.
But their bravery and heroism did not go unnoticed. A GoFundMe was set up to thank them for their selfless actions and to give them the party of a lifetime. The fundraiser’s description aptly describes the students as “American heroes.”
And it’s not just about protecting a flag or throwing a party. It’s about standing up against the rising tide of anti-American sentiment and showing that young people are still proud to call themselves Americans and will defend their country and its values.
My fraternity brother and others ran over to hold it up, in order for it not to touch the ground. People began throwing water bottles at us, rocks, sticks, calling us profane names. We stood for an hour defending the flag so many fight to protect.

In this era of politically correct censorship and appeasement, it’s refreshing to see the UNC fraternity brothers standing up for what is right. They remind us that there are still good people out there and that the American spirit is alive and well.
UNC chancellor Lee Roberts faces off with screeching harpies after restoring the American flag above the campus:

We should applaud these young men and their patriotic actions. I hope their courage and determination inspire others to stand up against the growing hostility towards our country and to proudly wave the American flag without fear.
