Video: Tucker Strikes Again! McCarthy Resign? Admits To Controversy Surrounding DC Pollster, Relationship Explains GOP Turmoil

Tucker Carlson has struck again and this time it may cost House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy his job.

If you’ve supported the GOP long enough, you’ve been frustrated more than once that GOP leadership doesn’t listen to its base.

Why that happens is more clear than ever after Fox News Tucker Carlson revealed that House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy has been living with DC rhino/never-Trump pollster Frank Luntz in Washington DC.

“Why do Republican officials listen more carefully to Frank Luntz than they do their own voters?” Carlson asked.

Luntz has been at the forefront of lobbying “some of the most left-leaning” causes in America.

“That relationship gives Luntz outsized influence over the Republican Party’s policy positions,” Carlson said.

Carlson then revealed that Luntz and McCarthy are roommates.

“Honestly, we did not believe it,” Carlson said. “Even by the sleazy and corrupt standards of Washington that did not seem possible. In fact, it sounded like a joke.”

“So actually the top Republican in the House does live with somebody who lobbies for Google,” Carlson said. “Not only are they friends, they’re roommates. So now you know why they listen to Frank Luntz, but they don’t listen to you.”

The next morning McCarthy admitted that he has been renting a room for a few months from Luntz.

“Frank’s not a lobbyist, Frank’s a friend I knew for 15 years before he ever got in and I just rented a room for a few months there so I don’t see that there’s any problem along that line,” McCarthy said before adding of Carlson: “But I’d like to see everybody stay together.”

Here is what Luntz said about former President Trump during a recent interview with CNBC.

“To more than half of America he[Trump} is a genuine villain, And there isn’t even a shred of hope for him if he should ever try to reenter politics.”

That’s House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy’s friend.
