Walmart’s official account attacked Senator Josh Hawley after he declared he will contest the Electoral College vote on January 6th.
Walmart’s official account called Hawley a “sore loser” after he posted that he plans to object to the Senate certification of the Electoral College vote scheduled for January 6th. The vote would certify that Joe Biden would officially be the president-elect and would be inaugurated on January 21st.
In a now-deleted post, Walmart responded to Hawley, “Go ahead. Get your 2 hour debate. #soreloser.”
The funniest replies to tweets like this are always something about an intern getting fired. Just a hunch, but I have to imagine the world’s largest company does not give interns the keys to its social media accounts.

The post was deleted just a few minutes later however, the internet never misses a beat and screenshots flooded social media.
“Dear @Walmart, please don’t fire the person who made this mistake. Just take a deep breath and review your account access policies,” suggested social media speaker and consultant Jason Keath.

And, if you really want to lean in, post some #soreloser merch w/ proceeds to Josh Hawley’s favorite charity.

Once upon a time, Walmart stood for the middle class now it appears they’ve joined the elite ruling class.
