The mainstream media is freaking out, they thought after impeachment all this Burisma stuff would go away; it didn’t. Newsrooms are now in a scramble and the Washington Post is now trying to rewrite history.
There is a video of Biden in 2018 bragging that he bullied Ukraine into firing their top prosecutor by withholding $1 billion in loan guarantees in March of 2016. That same prosecutor was investigating Burisma where his son, Hunter Biden was on the board.
In December of 2015, Biden went on the offensive during a visit to Kiev and during a speech before parliament said, “The Office of the General Prosecutor desperately needs reform. A few months later the prosecutor was fired, in April 2016 it was announced the loan guarantee would move forward, and the agreement was signed on June 3.
The Washington Post claims that what Biden said happened isn’t true and reports:
Shokin was not investigating Burisma or Hunter Biden, and two, Shokin’s ouster was considered a diplomatic victory.
Biden was among the many Western officials who pressed for the removal of Shokin because he actually was not investigating the corruption endemic to the country. Indeed, he was not investigating Burisma at the time. In September 2015, then-U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Geoffrey Pyatt publicly criticized Shokin’s office for thwarting a British money-laundering probe into Burisma’s owner, Mykola Zlochevsky.
However, there are also audio recordings that were released of Biden bullying Ukraine’s Prime Minister to fire the prosecutor. In the phone call below you’ll hear Poroshenko brag that even though they have no evidence of corruption against their top prosecutor he was able to force him to resign.
The Washington Post thinks that we are all stupid, except the problem is there is video and audio of the entire event.
Here’s the scary thing, the crumb crunchers on the left will eat this up as gospel despite the video and audio. It’s like telling people that a protest is peaceful while buildings burn behind them. When people believe that they’ll believe anything and that’s when things get dangerous and it seems to be where we are today.
