Watch: A General Milley Interview Is Causing A LOT Of Concern, ‘China Is Not The…

After a 2015 interview went viral many are starting to ask who does General Mark Milley really work for?

During the interview General Milley said “China is not the enemy” and then ranted about how powerful the communist country is.

“China is a rising power,” Milley said in his capacity as Chief of Staff for the United States Army, a post he held from 2015-2019. “China has been a rising power since Deng Xiaoping in ’79, and they’ve been clicking off 10 percent growth for almost 30 years, and they dropped down to about 7 percent last year, and they’ll probably drop into the range of normalcy of 3-5 percent growth. But that’s still significant economic growth.”

“And there’s been a really large, historic change from a North Atlantic-based global economy to now, it’s proceeding to be, a North Pacific-based global economy.”
“With respect to China,” Milley said, “what normally happens historically, is, not in all cases, but in most cases, where you have economic growth of that magnitude, typically follows military power. And that’s what we’re seeing.”
“We’re seeing a significant in Chinese military capabilities over the last 10 to 20 years, and they are going to develop themselves, and are developing themselves, into a great power,” Milley said.
“That is not to say, however, that they’re an enemy.”

At the time, Milley was the Army Chief of Staff and he sounded more like a lobbyist for the Chinese Communist Party than a United States top commander.

The White House is claiming that Milley’s plot against Trump was within his duties despite acting Defense Secretary Christopher Miller – who was Milley’s boss at the time – saying he did not authorize Milley to have any talks with China.

“The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff is the highest-ranking military officer whose sole role is providing military-specific advice to the president, and by law is prohibited from exercising executive authority to command forces,” Miller said. “The chain of command runs from the President to the Secretary of Defense, not through the Chairman.”

This all has a similar drip, drip, drip we saw occur with Governor Andrew Cuomo of New York. Cuomo couldn’t be forced to resign over his coronavirus policy because that would have exposed the Democrats politicizing the pandemic. So over the a period of months Democrats slowly created a sex scandal that in the end forced Cuomo out of office.

The same goes for Milley, he can’t go down for Afghanistan because that would bring down Joe as well. For now, the White House has his back but don’t be surprised when Biden orders another drone strike killing that kills an aid workers family that Milley gets the boot.
