The presumptive nominee Joe Biden actually admitted to reporters that he didn’t know where he was during a speech in Wilmington, Delaware this week.
“Good afternoon everyone. Welcome to Kingswood Community Center,” Biden said, before freezing for a few seconds. “Actually, that’s the one down where I used to work. That’s a joke. I didn’t know where we were.”
After shuffling through his notes, he correctly identified where he was. Biden, 77, then correctly said he was at the William “Hicks” Anderson Community Center. he then commented that Anderson, the name he just forgot was a friend of his.
A video has also emerged of Joe Biden being held by the hand like a child so he knows where to go.

Biden’s recent visit is after Fox News Chris Wallace called him out for refusing an interview.
“You can like [the president’s] answers or dislike them but he had answers and Joe Biden hasn’t faced that kind of scrutiny, hasn’t faced that kind of exposure,” Wallace said.
During Trump’s interview with Chris Wallace, the President commented, “Let Biden sit through an interview like this, he’ll be on the ground crying for mommy. He’ll say, ‘Mommy, mommy, please take me home.’”
Wallace later told Bret Baier during a segment on Fox News, “The fact is, the president is out there. He’s out there in this broiling heat with me for an hour, he took all the questions. You can like his answers or dislike them but he had answers and Joe Biden hasn’t faced that kind of scrutiny, hasn’t faced that kind of exposure.”
