It was supposed to be the happiest day of their lives — a wedding celebration, family and friends gathered, music playing, the dance floor filling with joy. But at the Sky Meadow Country Club in Nashua, New Hampshire, what should have been a lifelong memory of love was shattered in an instant by political violence.
Mass shooting in New Hampshire — the terrorist yelled “free Palestine” and then committed terrorism.

A man, 23-year-old Hunter Nadeau, opened fire during the wedding reception. Three guests were struck. Robert Steven DeCesare, 59, was killed. Two others were seriously injured. According to witnesses, the shooter screamed “Free Palestine!” as he pulled the trigger — a clear political statement made amid an act of deadly chaos.
But if you relied on NBC News for your understanding of what happened, you wouldn’t know that critical detail until deep into the article. In their original reporting, the statement was buried so far down it practically needed an archaeological dig to find. Only after pressure and backlash did NBC quietly revise the story to give that detail the attention it deserved.
This story consists of 20 paragraphs, and at no point in any of them does NBC relate that the shooter shouted “free Palestine!” before he opened fire. To find that out, I had to read the British left-wing newspaper, The Guardian. https://t.co/5SVFsz5dg7

This is exactly how the narrative is manipulated — not through outright lies, but by strategic omission and delay.
Imagine if the shooter had yelled “Make America Great Again” or “Let’s Go Brandon” as he fired. That would have been the lead. It would have been front-page, 72-point font, wall-to-wall panel discussions about the “radicalization of the right,” the dangers of conservative rhetoric, and the need to crack down on “domestic extremism.”
But when a deranged, pro-Palestine, anti-Israel leftist commits an act of political violence? The media stalls. They hedge. They bury the motive. They sanitize the story.
A disgraceful editorial decision from NBC News. https://t.co/E2etjieivx

Even New Hampshire Attorney General John Formella, while confirming that the shooter made “a number of statements” during the attack — including “Free Palestine” — was quick to say that there was “no indication yet” that this was a hate crime. No indication? A stranger walks into a wedding, yells a politicized slogan associated with a volatile global conflict, and opens fire on innocent civilians — and we’re already playing the “no motive” game?
This is a terrorist act. Period. And it fits a disturbing pattern of left-wing political violence that the corporate media would prefer you ignore or, worse, attribute to some vague “both sides” narrative. But the numbers, the stories, and the facts don’t lie.
We live in an age where conservative voices are constantly accused of “stochastic terrorism” for words, while actual bullets from the left are brushed off as isolated incidents.
Just in the past few weeks:
- Charlie Kirk is assassinated on stage.
- An ABC affiliate is shot up days after Jimmy Kimmel falsely blamed conservatives for Kirk’s murder.
- An armed man is arrested at Kirk’s memorial.
- And now, a wedding becomes a war zone because of an unhinged activist shouting pro-Palestinian slogans.
The media’s response? Minimize. Deflect. Move on.
