Judge Issues Ruling In Trump Florida Case

Newly unsealed court filings have raised serious questions about the integrity of the case against former President Donald Trump, with evidence mounting that the prosecutors handling the classified documents case have engaged in evidence tampering and potentially even committed criminal acts.

The case, led by special counsel Jack Smith, centers around the FBI’s raid on Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida last year, during which 33 boxes of documents were seized. The investigation, which Trump has denounced as a “scam” and an “election interference,” has charged the 45th president with 40 felony counts, including violating the Espionage Act, making false statements to investigators, and conspiracy to obstruct justice.

But now, the prosecutors themselves have admitted in a court filing that the documents seized during the raid have been mishandled and are no longer in their original order and sequence. This shocking revelation has prompted Trump to call for Smith’s arrest and the immediate dismissal of the case.

“This is a clear and blatant case of evidence tampering by Deranged Jack Smith and his team,” Trump posted on his social media platform, Truth Social. “They have destroyed the integrity of the evidence, and therefore, this entire case should be dropped immediately. This is a witch hunt and a violation of my rights as a citizen.”

“Now, Deranged Jack has admitted in a filing in front of Judge Cannon to what I have been saying happened since the Illegal RAID on my home, Mar-a-Lago, in Palm Beach, Florida – That he and his team committed blatant Evidence Tampering by mishandling the very Boxes they used as a pretext to bring this Fake Case,” Trump posted. “These deeply Illegal actions by the Politicized ‘Persecutors’ mandate that this whole Witch Hunt be DROPPED IMMEDIATELY. END THE ‘BOXES HOAXES.’ MAGA2024!”

The unsealed court documents also shed light on the questionable actions of the Biden administration in the lead-up to the raid. Emails and conversations between White House officials and the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) reveal that the Biden administration was actively involved in efforts to pressure the Archives into searching for alleged missing documents from the Trump presidency. This raises serious concerns about the political motives behind the raid and the case against Trump.

Further, the unsealed documents also reveal that the Archives sent a criminal referral to the Department of Justice in February of this year, sparking condemnation from Republicans who allege that the referral was a result of political spite and a way to hinder Trump’s potential run for president in 2024.

Even more disturbing are the reports of potential extortion from DOJ officials toward Trump’s aides and associates. One of Trump’s co-defendants, his personal aide and valet Walt Nauta, claims that senior DOJ official Jay Bratt threatened him that he could lose a shot at becoming a federal judge if he didn’t cooperate with the investigation. This kind of blatant abuse of power and coercion is unacceptable and should not be tolerated in our justice system.

The mishandling of evidence, political interference, and potential extortion tactics have all raised serious questions about the fairness and integrity of this case. It is clear that the Biden administration and their allies are using this case as a tool to attack and smear Trump rather than seeking justice. This is just another example of the sick and corrupt two-tiered system of justice in our country, where political enemies are unfairly targeted and punished.

It is time for the case against Trump to be dropped and for Deranged Jack Smith to be held accountable for his actions. The American people deserve a justice system that is fair and free from political influence.
