Trump’s legal team has filed a motion to fully dismiss the case, calling it a “conspiracy theory” and “travesty of justice.”
It’s no surprise that the left-wing establishment and their allies in the mainstream media are once again attempting to silence former President Donald Trump. Special Counsel Jack Smith, once again, is trying to silence Trump. This time, it is because Trump has suggested that the FBI was authorized to assassinate him.
Recent revelations revealed that the FBI was permitted to use “deadly force” in the 2022 raid on Trump’s Mar-a-logo home.
Trump said that the FBI agents were “authorized to shoot me” and were “locked & loaded, ready to take me out & put my family in danger.”
Despite being out of office, the left is still scared of Trump and his strong base of supporters. They know that he could potentially run for president again in 2024 and win. So they are desperately trying to gag him and prevent him from expressing his opinions.
But the gag order sought by Smith is not only an attack on Trump’s First Amendment rights, but also a clear attempt to interfere in the 2024 election. It’s clear that the Democrats are afraid of facing Trump at the ballot box once again, so they are trying to handicap him by preventing him from speaking out.

The fact that judges have allowed gag orders against Trump in multiple cases is a clear indication of the political bias. It’s a travesty of justice that someone like Trump, who has been targeted by the left since the moment he announced his candidacy, is being stifled in this way.
Let’s not forget that Trump’s comment about the FBI having the authority to assassinate him was meant to highlight the double standard in how law enforcement is treated. When BLM and Antifa were rioting and burning cities to the ground, the FBI and other law enforcement agencies were not permitted to use any force to stop them.
This gag order request is just the latest in a long line of attempts by Democrats to silence conservative voices. They are afraid of allowing any dissenting opinions to be heard and are using their power to suppress them. If they succeed in gagging Trump, who knows who they will target next.
But one thing is clear: the American people will not stand for this suppression of their First Amendment rights. They will remember this blatant attack on Trump and the rule of law when they head to the polls in 2024. And they will make their voices heard loud and clear.
