The Left loves to lecture America about tolerance, kindness, and compassion — but more often than not, those values vanish the moment they come face-to-face with someone wearing a shirt they don’t like.
That’s exactly what happened at a Target store recently when a woke TikTok “influencer” — later identified by Internet sleuths as a healthcare worker named Ponce — verbally attacked an elderly employee simply for wearing a Charlie Kirk “Freedom” T-shirt. Yes, you read that right. Not because the employee was breaking store policy (she wasn’t), not because she was being rude (she wasn’t), but because she dared to wear a shirt that didn’t align with the militant orthodoxy of the left-wing Twitter mob.

To be clear: the shirt was fully within Target’s dress code. The employee — known only so far as Jeanie — was calm, collected, and completely professional, even as this AWFL (Affluent White Female Liberal) melted down in the middle of the store with her phone in hand, recording the whole thing like she was performing a public service. Spoiler alert: she wasn’t.
Instead of calmly taking her concerns to a manager (or better yet, minding her own business), Ponce decided to humiliate a working-class woman, publicly shame her, and try to spark outrage online. The result? A spectacular backfire.
Twitter users quickly identified Ponce and exposed her social media history — which, predictably, reads like a bingo card of activist cliches and virtue-signaling rants. But what makes this situation more egregious is that Ponce works in healthcare — a profession built on the principles of care, empathy, and ethics. One wonders how her employer feels about her harassing elderly retail workers over clothing choices.
Meet Michelea Ponce. Ponce works for the @Enloe nonprofit health care system (most likely as a nurse) in California.

This is projection at its most toxic. The Left, constantly claiming to be the voice of kindness and justice, reveals time and again its deep reservoir of rage and intolerance. They say conservatives are hateful — yet it’s always the Left shrieking in store aisles, doxxing private citizens, and trying to destroy the livelihoods of anyone who won’t toe their ideological line.
What made this incident even more satisfying — and telling — was Jeanie’s response. No shouting. No defensiveness. Just a smile, a “Have a nice day,” and a smirk that carried every ounce of grace and resolve these unhinged activists seem incapable of understanding. It was the retail version of “Bless your heart,” and yes — we all know what that really means.

Now the spotlight is on Target. Will they side with their loyal employee, or will they once again fold under pressure from the activist crowd that never shops there unless it’s to complain? If they take action against Jeanie, they’ll face the kind of boycott that actually matters — the kind conservatives have proven time and again can tank a brand’s credibility and market value.
And Ponce? She wanted to “speak to the manager.” Well, now managers are speaking to her — and not just at Target. Her own employer may soon be asking whether someone with this kind of unhinged, bigoted behavior should be trusted in a position of care and responsibility.
She’s getting called out .
If you post to Tik Tok this hasn’t gone viral from our perspective yet.

Let this be a lesson to the rest of the AWFL brigade: When you FAFO, there are consequences. Not everyone will remain as poised and professional as Jeanie did — and not every workplace will turn a blind eye to public harassment that gets caught on video.
